Breakfast

Bowl of Steel Cut Oats
Small Banana
Glass of Milk

Lunch

.5 pint of blueberries
Banana


Dinner

lrg Caesar Salad
Bowl of Tomato Soup
1 cup Carrots
2 dinner rolls with oil
2 cups decaf coffee
2 oz roasted chicken breast

Snacks

4 prunes
1 cup of hot tea
12 oz acai cranberry joint juice
