May 10 & May 11

Hi ,
Just came back from playing ping pong at the beginner's tables. Gosh do i ever wish i had played anything..anything at all in my past life. it is so hard to develop a love for activity, but i'm trying hard. So if advice means anything to you, ride a bike, play volleyball, softball...do anything that requires "eye-hand" coordination. Sure wish i had.

May 10th

.5 blk peppered bacon sandwich (multigrain toast)

Lunch
2 bowls mediterrenean soup
large green salad
iced tea

Dinner
Plate of house special fried rice
decaf coffee with soy milk

Snack
small popcorn
decaf cafe latte
EXERCISE
60 minutes of aerobics
15 weights

Spinach salad (pepitas, red pepper,scallon vinegarette,1 bacon,egg yolk)
Decaf Coffee

3+ games of ping pong
