May 12 & May 13th 2012

Food and Fitness
Saturday

60 minutes aerobics/weight training

 Breakfast
Oatmeal-Steel Cut Oats
Orange Juice
Vitamins

Lunch
(SaltLife Cafe)
Green Salad
Decaf Coffee
2 Hawaiian Chicken halfwings
Tropical Fried Rice- approx 3 tbls
Choc Cake-.25 of cake/no frosting   

Dinner
Stopped for appetizers b4 dinner at Bonefish
1. pepperoni, crackers, smoked provolone, .5 red wine
2. then Dinner (didn't need by that point)
3. Tasty Mango SideCar, Spinach salad with bacon, Bonefish bread and dipping oil
4. decaf coffee

Sunday
Fitness: a little bit of ballroom dancing, maybe 35-40 min

Breakfast
Orange Juice
Banana

Snack
Blueberries and Strawberries

Lunch
2 hawaiian half Chicken Wings
small amount fried rice

Dinner
Plate of House Special Fried Rice
Hot Tea
Decaf Cafe

Will try not to be too hard on myself, but obviously this weekend was not good for weight loss--will do better going forward.
