Wednesday--only social walking-slow, meandering abt 60 minutes

Steel Cut Oatmeal
1 egg yolk

Snack
decaf cafe latte

Dinner- Texas de Brazil
choose the $24.95 vegetable/salad bar option
Red Sangria (drank half)
Decaf Coffee with half & half (no sugar)

Foods:
jasmine rice, crispy bacon, kalamata olives, beets, roasted red peppers,
pepperroni, hard salami,plaintains...full out of control eating tonight!
