MAY 18th

Friday Night--ok, so i knew a dinner party was coming up and wanted to conserve some calories for later.

Spinach & Bacon Salad (not enuf bacon)

Cheese & Crackers
Wine Spritzers
Etc Etc Etc

Woke Up at 4 am, had half water/half tonic water on ice b4 falling back asleep...no Fitness, rest day

MAY 19th

( fruits were all sweet and good)

Liquid 10 oz glucosimine chrondrotin acai flavor
One Apple and One Banana

Snack
Decaf Coffee with lots of Soy Milk

Bowl House Special Fried Rice
2 egg yolks hrd bld
Hot Tea

Snack
Hot Tea
Smart Popcorn - 2 cups
